📝 Abstract Submission

Submission Guidelines

Accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts. Only original works that have not been previously published or presented at other scientific meetings will be accepted.

📝 Formatting Requirements

  • Format: English, Microsoft Word document, A4 (Margins: left – 3 cm, others – 2.5 cm)
  • Structure: Introduction (with Objectives), Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion
  • Word Count: Maximum 250 words
  • Typography: Arial font, size 11 (Title – 12, uppercase)
  • Authors: Last names and initials (underline presenting author)
  • Affiliations: Include institutional affiliations for all authors
  • Correspondence: Provide email of corresponding author
  • Keywords: Maximum 5 keywords

⚠️ Additional Information

  • Authors are responsible for the accuracy of their abstract content
  • One person may be the first author on a maximum of two abstracts
  • The preferred presentation type must be stated at the end of the abstract

POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Poster Technical Specifications

The poster presentation should be prepared in dimensions of 80 cm × 100 cm and oriented vertically.

Poster Content

  1. Title of the paper
  2. Institutional affiliation of the authors
  3. Authors are encouraged to structure the poster into the following sections:
    • Introduction - clearly state the aim
    • Materials and Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusion
  4. Authors may include additional sections if considered necessary - references, acknowledgments, etc.

Note: The Congress organizers reserve the right to decide which papers will be presented orally and which will be presented as poster presentations. Authors will be informed accordingly in due time.
